Fee Structure
- No setup/integration fee

Account Management
Merchant Balance
Merchant balance is used for deducting transaction fees. Pre-deposit is required since users pay directly to your wallet address.

- Common reasons: Amount mismatch or exceeding 30-minute payment window
- Solution: Process through [Order Management]->[Manual Reconciliation]
Payment Information
- Users don’t pay platform fees
- Exchange/wallet transfer fees and gas fees may apply
Callback Mechanism
- TRC20: Within ~1 minute
- ERC20: Within ~5 minutes
Anti-Collision System
System automatically adjusts amounts for orders with same time and amount (increments of 0.0001, 0.0002, etc.)
